With one of the largest networks in the country, we make it easy to find a dentist convenient for you.
To search for a dentist, you will need to indicate the type of plan you have:

  • - If you are a group dental plan member (you receive coverage through your employer/group), select “Group” as your Plan Type.*
  • - If you have a TruAssure Basic or Preferred individual dental plan, select “Individual Exchange” as your Plan Type.**
  • - If you have a TruAssure Max Savings, Choice or Choice Plus individual dental plan, select “Individual Commercial” as your Plan Type.*

*All TruAssure group dental plans and Max Savings, Choice and Choice Plus individual plans, are offered in association with the DenteMax Plus dental network arrangement, which includes participating dentists from the United Concordia, DenteMax and Connection dental networks in all states but North Carolina, where the DenteMax Plus network arrangement includes DenteMax and Connection dental networks.

**TruAssure individual Basic and Preferred dental plans are offered in association with the DenteMax dental network.

 

Finding a Dentist is Easy With TruAssure


TruAssure’s provider finder allows members to search by location, distance, Plan Type and provider specialty. By selecting “More Options” members can search by provider's last name and if the provider is accepting new patients. Members can sort search results by distance, city, office/clinic name or zip code. Search results provide contact and office information, including a map/directions to the office location, as well as specialty, gender, non-English languages spoken and whether the provider is accepting new patients.
 

Members may receive a printed copy of this dentist directory by calling TruAssure Customer Service at 888-559-0779, Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time (CST) and Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time (CST) or emailing CSI@TruAssure.com. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for your request to be processed. TruAssure's dentist directory gets updated weekly. If this directory is printed, this directory is accurate as of the date of printing. The website provides the most current directory information.
